Q’s Wedding

My involvement in Q’s wedding began when Uda Melah, Q (Or Mamat as we know him) mother, intimated to me that she need me to lead the Merisik or Tekul as I came to be informed later of her anak bongsu wedding. I tried to get out of it saying that Shukor should shoulder the responsibility. But the she said she wanted me to do the honour.
I had to rsearch on Sarawak wedding adat cause I certainly do not want to look foolish in the whole process. So began getting some advice from Sarawakian contacts Prof June from UKM introduce me to Dr Kamil and throug him I managed to fortressed myself with the needed fire power for the task at hand. This effort dmanded that I cannot slip up because my dear cousin Q got himself a bride the daughter of a Dato and a Sarawak YB to booth.
